1. The Raya Ada Baek dengan GoPayz Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd ((Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00am on 23 March 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 31 May 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open to all new and existing GoPayz customers with active GoPayz accounts (“Eligible Participant”). GoPayz accounts are active if you are able to perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts.
b. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
c. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any participation by any participant without assigning any reason.
4. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must use any applicable GoPayz card comprising of either the GoPayz Visa, GoPayz MasterCard or GoPayz UnionPay Cards (“GoPayz Cards”) linked to the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account to perform the following transactions during the Campaign Period:
i. APPLY FOR GOPAYZ PHYSICAL CARDS – Apply for GoPayz Visa, GoPayz MasterCard or GoPayz UnionPay physical card via GoPayz app using “GOPAYZRAYA” promo code (“Promo code”).
ii. IN-APP PURCHASE – Any in-app purchase amounting to RM30.00 and above in a single transaction within the GoPayz app. However, the following in-app transactions DO NOT qualify for participation in this Campaign even if it exceeds RM30.00:
(a) top up of any GoPayz account;
(b) P2P transfer;
(c) cash withdrawal;
(d) any contributions under Charity services;
(e) purchase of wealth investment; or
(f) any in-app purchases using partial payment with GoPointz.
iii. NON IN-APP PURCHASE – Spend a minimum of RM100 on retail including any e-commerce platforms in a single transaction.
5. Reward
a. Eligible Participants who successfully perform the transactions in Paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period will be entitled to receive the corresponding rewards as set out in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 below:

b. For in-app purchase and non in-app purchase, the RM5 e-duit Raya will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account instantly upon the successful completion of the transaction.
c. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to receive the RM5 e-duit Raya twice only for each respective transaction category as per stated in Table 2 and Table 3 above throughout the Campaign Period.
d. The total rewards are capped at a total sum of RM58,000 throughout the Campaign Period based on a first-come, first-served basis.
e. The rewards cease once the total allocation for each category of transaction is fully utilised and no reward will be awarded for any transaction performed even though it is within the Campaign Period.
6. Cash Prizes
a. U Mobile will shortlist a total of 65 Eligible Participants who fulfil all the following requirements to receive cash prizes (“Cash Prizes”):
i. Have successfully upgraded to the GoPayz premium wallet (“GoPayz Premium Wallet”); and
ii. Have spent at participating retail merchant stores (“Participating Merchants”) using any of their GoPayz Cards during the Campaign Period.

d. Each Eligible Participant may be shortlisted for one Weekly Prize and one Special Prize only throughout the Campaign Period.
e. Cash Prizes will be credited into the Eligible Participants’ respective GoPayz accounts within 6 weeks after the Campaign ends.
f. Eligible Participants must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the point the Rewards and/or Cash Prizes are credited. U Mobile shall not be responsible for any loss incurred if the Eligible Participants’ GoPayz accounts are inactive.
g. The Rewards and Cash Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part and any such visuals shown on GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
h. U Mobile reserves the rights to replace or substitute any Reward or Cash Prize with a suitable alternative of similar value without prior notice, as determined by U Mobile.
i. U Mobile is entitled to require the return of or to claw back the Reward or Cash Prizes credited or any amount similar in value to the Reward or Cash Prizes in any form (as determined by U Mobile) within 1 year from the end of the Campaign from the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account for any Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorised or fraudulent.

7. General
a. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
b. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
i. Consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
ii. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile see fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
c. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
e. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
