We have updated the terms of our GoPayz Service Agreement. The update will take effect on 17 March 2023.
1. This Oh My Catsh Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00am on 15 November 2022 and ends at 11.59pm on 13 February 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open to all new and existing GoPayz customers with active GoPayz accounts (“Eligible Participant”). GoPayz accounts are active if you are able to perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts.
b. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any participation by any participant without assigning any reason.
4. Campaign Mechanics
To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must use any applicable GoPayz card (comprising any of the GoPayz MasterCard, GoPayz UnionPay or GoPayz Visa Cards) linked to the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account (“GoPayz Cards”) to perform any of the following transactions (“Transaction”) during the Campaign Period:
i. IN-APP PURCHASE – Any in-app purchase amounting to RM30.00 and above in a single transaction within the GoPayz app. However, the following in-app transactions DO NOT qualify for participation in this Campaign (even if it exceeds the RM30.00):
a) top up of any GoPayz account;
b) P2P transfer;
c) cash withdrawal;
d) any contributions under Charity services; or
e) purchase of wealth investment.
f) any in-app purchases using partial payment with GoPointz
ii. INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE MERCHANT PLATFORMS– Any spend RM50.00 and above in a single transaction on the selected international e-commerce merchants platforms listed below:
a) Netflix
b) YouTube
c) Disney+
d) Spotify
e) Apple iTunes store
f) Microsoft Xbox
g) Google Play Store
h) Taobao
i) Shein
j) Amazon
k) AliExpress
5. Rewards
a. Eligible Participants who successfully perform the Transaction according to Paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period will be entitled to receive the cashback rewards (“Cashback”) as set out in Table 1:

1. Limited to the first 240 Eligible Transactions as recorded by GoPayz’s transaction reports each week, for a total of 13 weeks throughout the entire Campaign period.
2. Any remaining unutilized quota of RM5 Cashbacks will be carried forward, adding to the following week’s reward quota.
3. The RM5 Cashback will be credited into Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account within 14 working days. |
b. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to receive any of the Cashbacks only once throughout the Campaign Period.
c. Eligible Participants must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the point the Cashback is credited. U Mobile shall not be responsible for any loss incurred if the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account is inactive.
d. The Cashback is capped at a total sum of RM30,600 throughout the Campaign Period based on a first-come, first-served basis.
e. The rewards will cease once the total Cashback for each category is fully exhausted and no Cashback will be awarded for any Transaction performed even through it is within the Campaign Period.
f. The Cashback rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part and any such visuals shown on GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
g. U Mobile reserves the rights to replace or substitute any reward with a suitable alternative of similar value without prior notice, as determined by U Mobile.
h. U Mobile is entitled to require the return of or to claw back the Cashback credited or any amount similar in value to the Cashback in any form (as determined by U Mobile) within 1 year from the end of the Campaign Period from the Eligible Participant’s GoPayz account for any Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorised or fraudulent.

6. General
a. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
b. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile see fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
c. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile exclude all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have given by their parents or guardians.
e. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the GoPayz Service Agreement, will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
f. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
