  1. The 50% Cashback On Your First GoPayz Transaction Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00 am on 26 June 2024 and ends at 11.59 pm on 2 July 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms”) read together with the general terms and conditions as published at https://www.gopayz.com.my/en/support/terms-and-conditions.
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to all GoPayz users who are any of the following:
      1. Malaysian citizens;
      2. permanent residents; or
      3. foreigners with valid passports and mailing addresses in Malaysia.
        (Collectively, “Eligible Participants”).
    2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
  4. Campaign Mechanics

    To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must complete the following during the Campaign Period:
    1. download the GoPayz mobile application (“GoPayz App”);
    2. complete a first-time registration and log in; and
    3. perform any of the following In-App or Non In-App Transactions as their first transaction with GoPayz (“Transaction”).
      1. In-App Transaction: Make any in-app purchase within the GoPayz app. However, the following in-app transactions DO NOT qualify for participation in this Campaign:
        1. top up of any GoPayz account;
        2. P2P transfer;
        3. cash withdrawal;
        4. any contributions under Charity services;
        5. any in-app purchases using partial payment with GoPointz; and
        6. voucher purchases or redemptions
      2. Non In-App Transaction: complete any retail or e-commerce platform transaction.
  5. Reward
    1. Eligible Participants who successfully fulfill the requirements in Paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period may receive the following reward:

credited into the eligible participant’s GoPayz account (“Reward”)

Based on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Each Eligible Participant is entitled to only one (1) Reward throughout the Campaign Period.
    1. The Reward will cease upon exhaustion of a maximum campaign budget of RM750, and no Reward will be awarded for any Transaction performed even though it is within the Campaign Period.
    2. The Reward will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
    3. The Cashback will be credited into the Eligible Participants’ GoPayz accounts upon successful completion of the Transaction.
    4. U Mobile reserves the right to replace or substitute the Reward with any other prize of similar value at any time as determined by U Mobile.
    5. U Mobile is entitled to require the return of or to claw back any Reward or any amount similar in value to the Reward in any form (as determined by U Mobile) within 1 year from the end of the Campaign Period from the participant’s GoPayz account for any Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorized or fraudulent.
    6. The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part and any visuals of the Reward shown on the GoPayz page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography and illustration purposes only.

  2. General
    1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    2. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation
    3. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings representations and warranties given under these Terms by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have given by their parents or guardians.
    5. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Campaign and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
