Account Closure and Unclaimed E-Wallet Balance After 31 March 2025

 

Please be informed that GoPayz has proceeded to close the customers’ accounts after 31 March, for those customers who did not take any action to close their accounts by 31 March 2025. The affected customers will be notified that their account has been closed.​

 

If you are an affected customer with available balance in your wallet, please lodge an appeal with the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys to claim your money from 5 January 2026 onwards.
