  1. This Travel Insurance Jom Lepak Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile Services”).

  2. This Campaign will commence at 12.00am on 13 March 2023 and end at 11.59pm on 13 May 2023 (“Campaign Period”).

  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the Campaign terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

  4. Campaign Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to all new and existing GoPayz customers with active GoPayz accounts. GoPayz account is active if you are able to perform transactions via your GoPayz account.

    2. U Mobile Services reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
       
  5. Campaign Mechanics

    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must purchase the GoInsure Travel Insurance (“GoInsure Travel”) via your GoPayz account during the Campaign Period (“Opt-In”):
      1. Select “Travel Insurance” under the “Financial Services” tab;
      2. Fill in your personal information;
      3. Select the promo code “Travel25“ under the “GoPayz Promo Code” section and click “Apply”; and
      4. Click "Confirm & Pay Now" to proceed to pay for the premium of the selected GoInsure Travel plan.
         
    2. GoInsure Travel is offered and underwritten by Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Company Registration No.: 197001000564 (9827-A)) (“CHUBB”), an insurer licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.

    3. GoInsure Travel is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of your agreement with CHUBB and CHUBB’s privacy policy which can be found at www.chubb.com/my-goinsure. U Mobile Services makes no representations nor warranties on GoInsure Travel.

    4. The premium payable for GoInsure Travel is based on the plan you select (“Premium”) and is subject to the terms and conditions made available at www.gopayz.com.my.

    5. The Premium charged will be deducted from your GoPayz account.
       
  6. Rewards

    1. The participants who complete the steps listed in paragraph 4(a) above are each entitled to a one-off discount of 25% (“Discount”) which will be automatically deducted from the total Premium charged.
    2. The GoInsure Travel will only be effective after you pay the remaining balance of the Premium after Discount.
       
  7. General

    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile Services.

    2. U Mobile Services may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on GoPayz’s website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on GoPayz’s website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.

    3. By participating in the Campaign, you:
      1. consent for U Mobile Services and CHUBB to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign or processing your insurance application/proposal;
      2. consent for U Mobile Services to disclose or publish your personal information such as your names and identities and any general information that U Mobile Services sees fit in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile Services the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any of your still or moving images for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
         
    4. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile Services and its related corporation (as defined under Companies Act 2016) (“Related Corporation”) exclude all liability in connection with this Campaign. You agree to release U Mobile Services and its Related Corporation from and indemnify U Mobile Services and its Related Corporation against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of your participation in this Campaign.

    5. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

    6. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all the matters arising from this Campaign.
