  1. The Join & Use GoPayz to win RM100 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00 am on 3 July 2024 and ends at 11.59 pm on 9 July 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms”) read together with the general terms and conditions as published at https://www.gopayz.com.my/en/support/terms-and-conditions.
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to all GoPayz users who are any of the following:
      1. Malaysian citizens;
      2. permanent residents; or
      3. foreigners with valid passports and mailing addresses in Malaysia.
        (Collectively, “Eligible Participants”).
    2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
  4. Campaign Mechanics

    To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must perform ANY of the following actions during the Campaign Period (“Qualifying Action”):
    1. download the GoPayz mobile application (“GoPayz App”) and complete a first-time registration (“GoPayz Registration”);
    2. successfully upgrade to GoPayz Premium Wallet (“Upgrade to Premium”); or
    3. apply for GoPayz physical card (“Apply for Physical Card”); or
    4. perform any of the following transactions (“Transaction”).
      1. In-App Transaction: Make any in-app purchase within the GoPayz app. However, the following in-app transactions DO NOT qualify for participation in this Campaign:
        1. top up of any GoPayz account;
        2. P2P transfer;
        3. cash withdrawal;
        4. any contributions under Charity services; or
        5. any in-app purchases using partial payment with GoPointz
        6. voucher purchases or redemptions
      2. Non In-App Transaction: complete any retail or e-commerce platform transaction.
    5. Every successful Qualifying Action will earn the respective Eligible Participant one (1) entry (“Entry”) with the chance to win a prize.
    6. Eligible Participants may perform as many Qualifying Actions during the Campaign Period to increase their number of Entries.
  5. Prizes
    1. The prizes for this Campaign are set out in Table 1 below:

  • Eligible Participants earn one (1) entry for each completed Qualifying Action
  • Multiple entries can be earned
  • RM100 (“Prize”) each for seven (7) Winners 
    1. Seven (7) Eligible Participants will be randomly selected as prize winners (“Winners”) based on the Entry or Entries earned during the Campaign Period within fourteen (14) days from the end of the Campaign Period.
    2. U Mobile will notify the Winners via in-app notification and email following the registered email for the Winners’ respective GoPayz accounts. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winners shall respond to the email within three (3) days from the day the email was sent. If the selected Winners fail to acknowledge and respond to email sent by U Mobile within the stipulated timeframe, or if they are unable to adhere to these Terms, or do not claim their Prize(s), U Mobile shall have the right to forfeit the Prize from the Winner(s) and the Prize(s) will be considered void.
    3. U Mobile shall credit the Prize into the respective Winners’ GoPayz ewallet accounts after each Winner has acknowledged the receipt of the email sent by U Mobile.
    4. The Winners must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the point the Prizes are credited. U Mobile shall not be responsible for any loss incurred if the selected Winners’ GoPayz account is inactive.
    5. U Mobile will not be responsible for any disputes/claims that may arise from shortlisted and selected Winners’ failure to receive the notification email or Prize due to such shortlisted and selected Winners’ fault/negligence, including but not limited to, wrong email address registered on the GoPayz ewallet, GoPayz’s emails being listed under the shortlisted and selected Winners’ blocked email address list, or lost access to the registered email address.
    6. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part and any such visuals shown on the GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
    7. U Mobile reserves the rights to replace or substitute any Prizes with a suitable alternative of similar value without prior notice.
    8. U Mobile is entitled to require the return of or to claw back the Prizes credited or any amount similar in value to the Prizes in any form (as determined by U Mobile) within one (1) year from the end of the Campaign Period from the Winner’s GoPayz account for any Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorised or fraudulent.
    9. U Mobile makes no warranties or representations with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the Prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the Prizes associated with this Campaign.

  2. General
    1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    2. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation
    3. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below eighteen (18) years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of eighteen (18) years old are deemed to have given by their parents or guardians.
    5. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Campaign and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
