  1. This Liberty Vehicle Insurance Mid Year Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn. Bhd. Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile Services”) which commences at 00.00am on 22 April 2024 and ends at 11.59pm on 31 August 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to new and existing GoPayz customers with active GoPayz account. GoPayz accounts are active if the participants are able to perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts.
    1. U Mobile Services reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
  4. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must purchase either the car or motorcycle insurance plan (“Liberty Vehicle Insurance”) underwritten by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (“Liberty Insurance”) using your GoPayz account during the Campaign Period by (“Opt-In”) to:

      1. select “Liberty Vehicle Insurance” under “Financial Services” tab;
      2. fill up information required to get a quote for the Liberty Vehicle Insurance; and
      3. proceed to pay the premium for the Liberty Vehicle Insurance selected using GoPayz.
      If you purchase the Liberty Vehicle Insurance on behalf of a third party via your GoPayz account, that third party is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
      1. The Liberty Vehicle Insurance is provided by Liberty Insurance subject to the applicable policy terms and conditions imposed by Liberty Insurance at https://www.libertyinsurance.com.my/client-charter/Master_PDS_PW.pdf.
      2. U Mobile Services makes no representations nor warranties on the Liberty Vehicle Insurance and disclaims all liability including negligence in connection with the subscription of the Liberty Vehicle Insurance.
    3. The premium payable for the Liberty Vehicle Insurance is based on the plan you select (“Premium”) and will be deducted from your GoPayz account.
  5. Rewards
    1. For the purchase or renewal of the Liberty Vehicle Insurance, the participants who complete the steps listed in paragraph 4(a) above are entitled to 10% rebate on top of the No Claim Discount (“NCD”) when renewing with Liberty Vehicle Insurance with Liberty Insurance by paying via GoPayz (“Rebate”). 
    2. The Rebate is applied on the Gross Premium and it will be directly reflected.
    3. In addition to the Rebate, participants who complete the steps listed in paragraph 4 are entitled to the following additional cashback (“Additional Cashback”) determined by U Mobile Services the premium amounts paid which outlined in the table below:

Receive RM100 cashback for each successful transaction with a minimum premium of RM800 and more.

(1)   Motorcycle Insurance

Receive 20% cashback which is applied on the gross premium with a maximum capped of RM30 for each successful transaction.
    1. The Additional Cashback will be credited into the participants’ GoPayz account within 14 working days from the date the participants Opt-In.
    2. Each participant is eligible for a one-time Additional Cashback reward. Participants must ensure that their GoPayz accounts are active at the time the Additional Cashback is credited to their GoPayz account.
    3. The Additional Cashback is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part and any visuals in relation to the Campaign shown on GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
    4. U Mobile Services is entitled to require the return of or to claw back the Additional Cashback credited or any amount similar in value to the Additional Cashback in any form (as determined by U Mobile Services) within 1 year from the end of the Campaign Period from the  participant’s GoPayz account for any transactions that are subsequently cancelled, voided, reversed, disputed, refunded or which are unauthorised or fraudulent.
  2. General
    1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    2. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation
    3. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have given by their parents or guardians.
    5. The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Campaign and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
