Terms & Conditions

1. The GoPayz Exclusive Zakat Campaign (Acquisition) 2023 (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200401034375 (672884-H)) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00am on 1 March 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 3 May 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
   
   
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms”) read together with the general terms and conditions as published at https://www.gopayz.com.my/en/support/terms-and-conditions.
   
   
3. Campaign Eligibility
   1. This Campaign is open to all new GoPayz users who sign up for the GoPayz service during the Campaign Period and are:
      1. Malaysian citizens;
      2. permanent residents; or
      3. foreigners with valid passports and mailing addresses in Malaysia.
          
   2. (“Eligible Participants”)
      1. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
      2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
          
4. Campaign Mechanics
   To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Participants must complete the following actions during the Campaign Period:
   1. download the GoPayz mobile application (“GoPayz App”);
      
      
   2. insert the campaign code “LZS”, “PPZ” or “MAIPk” (“Campaign Code”) in the registration form during the user registration process; and
      
      
   3. upgrade to the GoPayz premium wallet (“Premium Wallet”) successfully.
       
5. Rewards
   1. The following Eligible Participants who successfully fulfil the requirement of paragraph 4 above during the Campaign Period will be entitled to receive the following reward:
