1. GoPayz Online Currency Exchange Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organised by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) and MaxMoney Sdn Bhd (“MaxMoney”), which will commence at 12.00am on 24 May 2022 and end at 11.59pm on 08 June 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open to all new and existing GoPayz customers with an active GoPayz account. GoPayz accounts are active if you can perform transactions via your GoPayz account.
b. U Mobile or MaxMoney reserve the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
4. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you must perform a transaction with a minimum amount of RM300 (excluding any applicable delivery fee) via online currency exchange service (“Transaction”) in a single transaction during the Campaign Period in the following manner:
i. log in to your GoPayz account via GoPayz app;
ii. go to Financial Services and choose Online Currency Exchange;
iii. select your preferred currency and amount that you would like to change before adding them to your cart. For clarity, you may include up to 5 currencies for each Transaction;
iv. fill in the details required such as order purpose, personal details and TAC code (if applicable);
v. select door delivery or branch pickup option;
vi. Key in your address for door delivery option or select your preferred MaxMoney branch if you wish to opt for self collection;; and
vii. complete payment via GoPayz wallet.
a. Only the first 500 Transactions completed in accordance with paragraph 4 during the Campaign Period will be entitled for the cashback of RM10 (“Reward”).
b. You are only entitled to the Reward one (1) time throughout the Campaign Period.
c. Only payment completed via GoPayz wallet shall be entitled for the Reward.
d. If you are selected, you will receive the Reward within 10 working days after the Transaction is successfully performed. A notification will be sent to you once the Reward is credited into your GoPayz wallet.
e. You must ensure that your GoPayz Account is active to perform the Transaction and to receive the Reward.
f. U Mobile and MaxMoney reserve the right to replace or substitute the Reward with any other prize(s) similar value at any time as determined by U Mobile and MaxMoney.
g. The Reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part and any visuals of the prize shown on GoPayz app, web or Facebook page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.

(a) U Mobile and MaxMoney may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on U Mobile’s website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on U Mobile’s website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
(b) By participating in the Campaign, you: -
(i) consent for U Mobile and MaxMoney to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
(ii) consent for U Mobile and MaxMoney to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile and MaxMoney see fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
(iii) grant U Mobile and MaxMoney the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile and MaxMoney exclude all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile and MaxMoney from and indemnify U Mobile and MaxMoney against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
(d) The subscription and use of GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the GoPayz Service Agreement will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
(e) The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
