(i) Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme (PTV) is a financial assistance scheme where a RM75 voucher is allocated for eligible Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) recipients to help them purchase Perlindungan Tenang products from licensed insurers and takaful operators.
(ii) Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia to expand the social protection for eligible BPR recipients in the country.
GoLife 10 is a Perlindungan Tenang product, underwritten by Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad Registration No. 199001005930 (197499-U) (“SLMA”), an insurer licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia under the Financial Services Act 2013 and is promoted by U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd Registration No. 200401034375 (672884-H) (“U Mobile Services”) to its customers. GoPayz users who:
• have been confirmed as the recipients of BPR based on Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri’s latest record;
• are Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents between the age 21-49 and
• in good health condition.
If you are an eligible recipient for this Programme, you will be entitled to 8 months insurance coverage of GoLife 10 with Perlindungan Tenang RM75 Voucher incentive.
Registration for this Programme will open from 01 January 2022 until 31 December 2022.
You must register GoLife 10 using your GoPayz account by
(i) selecting the “Life Insurance” tab under Financial Services tab;
(ii) selecting GoLife 10 and
(iii) keying in “PTV75” under Promo Code column and proceed to click the confirm button at the check-out page.
Only eligible BPR recipients who successfully registered GoLife 10 under Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme and upgraded to GoPayz Premium wallet will be entitled to receive RM5 cash reward. Crediting of RM5 cash reward into GoPayz account will take within 30 working days from the start date of GoLife 10 insurance coverage.
The premium for your GoLife 10 will be charged upon the completion of the 8 months insurance coverage. The premium will be charged from your GoPayz Account or registered debit/credit card on monthly basis for subsequent renewals. Your coverage will continue, on monthly basis with recurring payments unless you cancel your GoLife 10.
Yes, you may cancel your insurance plan within 15 days from the delivery date of the first e-certificate. The RM75 Perlindungan Tenang Voucher will be reinstated within 3 working days if you cancel the insurance plan during the free look period.
Eligible recipients are not allowed to reuse the voucher to purchase another policy if cancellation is made after the 15-day free look period.
